July – December 2025 Community Recap

2026-02-11

We stayed busy these past two quarters! Keep reading to see everything we were part of from July through December. When you bank with us, your deposits stay local, fueling growth, opportunity, and impact right here in our neighborhoods. Every account opened, every conversation, and every partnership helps strengthen the communities we proudly serve.

Our team shows up for our neighbors, supports local organizations, and invests in efforts that bring people together. As Cincinnati’s only Mutual Minority Depository Institution, we’re here not just as a bank but as a community partner dedicated to inclusion, impact, and long‑term opportunity.

Building Strong Community Connections

From midsummer through the holiday season, our focus remained on deepening relationships across Price Hill and the greater Cincinnati area. Whether through events, sponsorships, or mission‑aligned investments, our goal stayed the same: bring people together and uplift the neighborhoods we call home.

Hamilton County Office of Reentry, Building Bridges Event

In the third quarter, Warsaw Federal supported the Hamilton County Office of Reentry’s 3rd Annual Building Bridges event, an initiative designed to connect returning citizens with resources, community partners, and pathways to stability. This was one of our key community engagements from July through September, helping promote second‑chance opportunities and financial empowerment.

Deepening Our Mission‑Driven Impact

Our mission as an MDI calls us to expand access, support neighborhood revitalization, and advocate for financial equity. This commitment was especially visible in the fourth quarter, when several major initiatives came to life.

Mission Driven Bank Fund Investment

In October, we proudly announced that Warsaw Federal received a significant investment from the Mission Driven Bank Fund, a national fund dedicated to strengthening MDIs serving lower‑wealth and historically underserved communities. This investment helps expand financial access, education, and opportunities for our neighborhoods.

The news resonated widely across our organization and beyond, reinforcing how mutual banking can be a powerful tool for community advancement.

Celebrating Community Together

Community Appreciation Day

This fall, we opened our doors and gathered with neighbors for Community Appreciation Day, one of the most meaningful events of our year. Held on October 24, the day brought together customers, families, partners, and local organizations for food, fun, and connection.

We welcomed groups like LISC, WIN, and the League of Women Voters, each highlighting resources available right here in the community. With giveaways, good conversations, and a special new‑account offer, the event celebrated what makes Price Hill unique: the people.

Community Appreciation Day continues to be one of the clearest examples of our mission in action, supporting to the people who make up our neighborhood.

Supporting Local Organizations & Events

Homes That Hope Built: Hall of Fame Event

At the end of October, Warsaw Federal served as a Bronze Sponsor for Working In Neighborhoods’ annual Homes That Hope Built: Building Futures Hall of Fame Event. Taking place on October 30, this celebration honored leaders and organizations uplifting Cincinnati families through housing, advocacy, and community development.

By supporting WIN’s mission, we continue investing in long‑term housing stability and the prosperity of the West Side.

Looking Ahead

As we close out the year, we’re grateful for every opportunity to support our neighbors and strengthen the communities we serve. From sponsorships to celebrations to mission‑driven investments, the second half of 2025 reflected who we are at our core: a people‑centered bank committed to equity, opportunity, and inclusion.

Thank you for being part of our story and for helping us make a difference, one connection at a time. We can’t wait for what 2026 has in store!
