Nick Schwegman

Nick Schwegman joined Warsaw Federal as a Mortgage Loan Originator in 2019. Nick enjoys helping his customers get into their dream home as easily and comfortably as possible. He also enjoys helping customers who want to refinance their current mortgage so they can save money or take money from their equity to consolidate debts or pay for home improvements. He specializes in a variety of types of loans, including conventional, first-time homebuyers, VA, FHA and USDA. Nick has received the loan officer of the month in volume award multiple times. Previously, he was a Sales Representative for Stagnaro Distributing in Erlanger, Kentucky. He received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
