Robie Suggs

Robie is President and CEO of Warsaw Federal, an independent mutual Minority Depository Institution (MDI) located in Cincinnati, one of only two MDIs in the state of Ohio. Robie works to advance the mission of the community-based bank by promoting economic growth in the historically underserved Price Hill neighborhood and beyond. Under her leadership, the bank is providing focused financial services, tools, and education to individuals, nonprofits, and small businesses to help the community thrive in today’s economy.

A seasoned financial services and community leader, Robie brings decades of cross-functional expertise to her role. She previously served as Chief Lending Officer for the Cincinnati Development Fund, and held several leadership positions at First Financial Bank, including Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, and Vice President, Economic Development and Community Outreach. Robie’s career also included roles with the former National City Bank and Provident Bank.

Robie has received multiple banking certifications, including a Business Coaching and Mentorship Certificate from the University of Cincinnati. She is also a member of numerous local and regional boards for a variety of civic and banking organizations, including Ohio Bankers League, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, United Way of Cincinnati, Over-The-Rhine Community Housing, Cincinnati Development Fund, and many more. Tirelessly committed to the community, Robie has received various awards and recognitions from local organizations, including being named by the Cincinnati Regional Chamber as a Making Black History 2025 Honoree, and being selected by the YWCA as a 2025 YWCA Women of Achievement Award winner.
