Phil Forbes joined Warsaw Federal as a senior loan officer in 2023. Phil has close to 30 years of experience in the banking industry. In his current role, he ensures that his customers are given the tools and education they need to reach their financial goals. Phil works with a variety of loan products, including first-time homebuyer loans, business loans and more. He also helps buyers with their purchases of second homes and investment properties. He was recognized for being one of the top .5% of loan originators in the nation from 2019 to 2022. Phil received a Bachelor of Science in real estate from the University of Cincinnati. He is also an active member in his community, serving as the Terrace Park Boy Scouts adult leader.
